1 - You're right in part, in fact there was a problem with the cvar instead of "pCvars [VarPing]" was just "VarPing". Adjusted.

2 - It is unnecessary, ADMIN_IMMUNITY is equivalent to flag "a", so if you put "amx_hpk_flag" flag "a" already hits the result without having to put the flag in hardcoded mode. Unnecessary
