I might not understand correctly, but you could hook the event and block it from firing, and create + fire the event when you need.

No errors in logs, i tried to load this plugin before incapactating but still got the same error

Tried to disable l4d2_incap_magnum.smx but still got the same issue, (still no errors in logs)

I need more details, what others plugins do you use?, did you check if the cvars in console are with the correct value?, try to change this cvar: "incapped_weapons_enable" "0" to "1". I think it is possible that some other plugin interferes with the loading of this :s

I get the same error as strikeraot
I realized that the plugin only ran on Server (srcds), and encountered an error on the Lobby

if using Awp, shotgun, and some weapons. Survivor can shoot faster when incap. Can u fix it ?
