i have some problems with a wad file from a map i have to download the wadfile and put it first on my cstrike folder on my computer if i dont i cant load the map and not join the server it gives me error (could not open wadfile) is there a way to make a plugin so it auto loads that to your cstrike folder on your pc.

both wad files are on my ftp server so i dont now what the problem is if someone can help me with this ty .

create a file res in maps folder, and type the wad name to that res file
Example
- My map is: zm_dust2.bsp (in cstrike/maps)
- My Wad is: zm_dust23.wad (in cstrike)

So i create a file in maps folder named zm_dust2.res
In that file i typed:

zm_dust23.wad

-> Type where is your wad file, if i put the wad in cstrike/maps
so i have zm_dust2.res's content

Wad files do not go in the maps folder. They should all be in the /cstrike/ folder like all the rest of them.
