i cant find this specifc 1 there are alot dev ones
There is none that just is "AMX Mod X 1.8.3-dev"

A server is using this amxx version i need help getting this one

The only versions available is on the website posted above. If you want to use a stable version, you should be using 1.8.2. If you want to use the beta version, you should download the latest dev version.

There is no reason to need an old beta version.
