Mabye check players that gain the taunt condition for the animation/scripted scene, to see if it is playing. Might work. Im not exactly sure what this bug is you speak, but if a taunt script scene is playing, they are taunting.

Yeah that's what I checked was the vcd script scene and even when you glitch it says you taunted. To let you know this glitch taunt is when you taunt and no animation happens. It's like you just go into thirdperson and then when the taunt normally end you go back into first person. Just like a regular taunt but no animation happens.

If the server sends the vcd, but it doesnt play onthe client's end, nothing can be done. It's a client-side/synch problem, or client side prediction is negating the effect. Just accept it and move on.
