I know about editing the sma I figured that out but I want a plugin that is made exactly for public voting. amx_votemap, amx_votekick and they cant be made 10 minutes between eachother. Also.. the client has to give a reason for votekicking him and if a admin is present the decision has to go through the admin not the client that made the vote.

For example: amx_votekick "gabe" "for hacking"

In game you would see the following:

VOTE: Kick Gabe for hacking?
yes
no

Just edit the amx_votekick code and remove the admin only?

(remove "if(cmd_access(id,level,cid)", change "register_concmd" to "register_clcmd", and change "(id,level,cid)" to "(id)" on the function name...)

Where's the code for amx_votekick, I've actually been looking for the same thing too .

Or just do..

register_clcmd("amx_votekick","votekick",0,"- blah blah")

Or whatever it is.. ;)
