I think that there is a problem with the plugins, finally I do not know large thing of it, but I can say that I manage to take a awp although a player of my TEAM in has already one

Add "debug" after sniperlimit.amxx in Your plugins.ini, I mean so:
siniperlimit.amxx debug
then post again what You can see as the error.
Instead of posting about 30 lines the same useless info You could write the info about Your AMX X version, other amxx plugins etc. Write in Your server console:
meta list
then:
amxx plugins
and copy and paste here the output from Your screen. Next time try to be more descriptive if You want to get helped...

Did You do that? I need the info from Your log (these lines with Run Time Error) after You have added "debug" to that line in plugins.ini.
Write also in the server's console:

Hello,
I have a problem with this plugin and dont know how to solve it.
I compiled this plugin, installed it, added it in 3party plugins and enabled fakemetamod.
The plugin loads on server and works fine on default settings.
When i put the commands in amxx.cfg then nothing happens anymore :/
So i cant change anything in this plugin :s
I want to set the winspread on for awp/auto (and limit them with 1 awp for the losing team but dous not work together )
This are the commands i put in amxx

max_awps 0
max_autos 0
winspread_awp 1
winspread_auto 1
autolimit 0
awplimit 0
checkrebuy 1

What am i doing wrong ???

awplimit 0/1 switches off/on the whole working of limiting awp.
The same about autolimit. So first You need to enable the restriction by using
awplimit 1
Another thing - You need to write how many awps has to be allowed for a team - for this is a max_awps setting.
winspread_awp <xx> - When This Many Rounds Ahead, No Awps Allowed - You need to define how many times You let to be a team as a winner to let it to buy any awp - I mean it's the difference in score ABS(Ts_wins-Cts_wins). For example if You put winspread_awp 3, if one of the team will be a winner 3 more times than the other team, the awp will not be allowed at all for a winning team reagrdless of max_awps setting - that setting will affect only losing team as still allowed to buy awps (for example for Ts - they won 5 times and Cts won 2 times - after that time Ts will not be allowed to buy any awp until that difference in score will go bellow 3).
So if You want only one time allow to buy an awp be a winning team, winspread_awp has to be 1. I hope now it's clear for You how does it work.
