I am having problems installing plugins. I do everything right when installing plugins but they are not working any hints?

Is Metamod running?

Is AMXX running?

yes amxx is running and all it comes up with amx_help ect... but custom plugins from site do not work however. I upload amxx files to plugins folder sma to scripting and add filename.amxx to plugins.ini. What am I doing wrong?

Write amxx list in server console and post the output

Also any error logs?
