I have this error in my logs:

L 02/28/2009 - 12:15:04: ".:F@ce:. Szoke<69><STEAM_0:0:14751><>" connected, address "195.56.16.77:27005"
L 02/28/2009 - 12:15:05: ".:F@ce:. Szoke<69><STEAM_0:0:14751483><>" STEAM USERID validated

Multiple users, every day... notice the first line with the truncated steam id, and the second with the good one.

Its a linux box, where i run a CSS too. Same settings, but no errors there... I dont know if its SM related, the two does not run the same SM version tough...

Any ideas what could cause this?

I would ask Valve.

If you are running the Connect Announce sourcemod plugin, there was an issue with it in some versions that may have caused that behavior. If you do run it, update it to the latest version.
