You should understand that what you're saying requires as much processing as just rehashing the whole server. Maybe a bit less but for the main part (which is getting the config and parsing it), it's the same amount of work.

I get what you are saying, i went ahead with my original idea of the menu, and it works fine, had some trouble cuase i had to load the config via seperate plugin, etc. im tired dont take anything i say in consideration, im not even sure if the menu is stable hahaha

This script uses regex. it took me forever to find out how to use it.

It should work, if not, i told you so. since every one rushed me to release it. plus most of the coding was done in 2 in the morning.
Edit: it's too bad i couldnt release it as a plugin, well i could but that would need more work
