What says the output of the command : "cvarutil status" ?

EDIT : Protocol version 47 ; sorry, non-steam server is not supported, because it uses old binary. If you want this plugin working, use steam and the latest version of hlds/cs.

I did not read whole thread, but at my server this is the only thing I need this plugin for.
Player is alone- he dies, round restarts, if there are 5+ players it's almost impossible to restart round as it is nearly impossible for all player to die (auto-respawn) so the plugin is kinda useless there. I am talking about surf maps of course.
