Detect Key Presses and Mouse Scroll?

Is it possible to detect which keys are being pressed, not IN_USE etc but actual keys, such as q, w, e, r, t, y. Also the direction of the mouse being scrolled?

I was not clear enough, scrolling up / down of the Mouse Wheel. Not mouse movement which I think you mean.

Depends if they hooked Next/Previous weapon on it, ofcourse.

Monkeys thats what he didnt want to do. He wanted actual keys which is afaik not possible.
