Basicallly, I like respawn waves, I like the randomness. But Id like to make it so a respawn will never take more than X ammount of seconds, rathor than a respawn taking exactly X ammount of seconds, which most plugins do.

So you want it to take a random number with a maximum you specify and use that as the respawn point?

And do you want this to change every map?

I'll go see if I can figure out how to change the time that it takes to respawn.

The cap? No, I want the cap to be consistent

However I still want variation of spawn time, under the max limit, within a single map.

Use WoZeR's Respawn System plugin:

Set the respawn time in it to the "cap" values you have in mind. If the respawn wave timing does not cause a spawn by this time, they'll be respawned.
