Anyone know this CS bug ?

When my server become full player, then there is a person like the photo!
and if I use get_players(), then show the wrong message !

Is there a plugin can fix this bug ?

This bug happens on 32 slot server, when player has a #32 id. No one can't spec him normally, he can't open doors, active triggers and such... Always happens on my server, hate that bug
