Open plugin.simplewelcomemsg.cfg, set "sm_swm_msgtype" value to "1"
Example: sm_swm_msgtype "1"

If you mean a repeated message every x minutes, then I think this plugin is not for you, this is just a welcome message, it only shows once every map chapter.

Hi, I installed this plugin on my server, but when I try to join, it doesn't work, whenever I try to join my server, the pop-up doesn't show.
What's included in the cfg of my server about this:
sm_swm_msgtype 2
sm_swm_panellines 11
sm_swm_timer 30
sm_swm_enable 1
Could I please get some help with this?

Hi, could I please have some help? I'm using this but the settings won't work going directly from the server.cfg file, is there anyway I can fix this? Or am I missing something? I don't wanna have to input the setting for the welcome message everytime I start the server.
