Change name twice

Hello,

When someone change their name on my server, server send the message 'x changed their name to y' twice, did someone had this problem?

Obviously a plugin is causing it. Find it and disable it.

Who can know better than you? You have the plugins, disable them and figure out which one it is. How are we supposed to tell you that?
