We have a TF2 server with modded VSH.
Sometimes (after map changing, but not immediately), server just crashing for some reason.
We tried to disabling MP_TIMELIMIT... if map is not changing, server living, but hold players in one map - not a business.

In most cases he blames hook OnPlayerRunCmd(), if i get it right.
We're tested ALL plugins, but this hook using in only one plugin. Here.
We can't delete him, of course, and this happened recently (two weeks ago). No VSH updates and no new plugins...
I'am trying to fix this problem:
* Update/Downgrade SourceMod.
* Disabling all extra plugins.
* Reinstalling server.
Nothing helped.
