Its not mean to be display.. its debug purpose but if you wan it to be display you can change it like this..

if ( cvarMsg > 0 ) PrintToChatAll( "\x05[\x04WARNING\x05]: Count down started!!" );

This one always display for me when i m out door/not inside safe room hazard when the timer kick in.. I dont undestand why it not happen to you?
