It may seem like a very strange question, but my server has some users unable to access it due to time out. To solve this problem, I changed fastdl and asked users to delete the file and reconnect it, but it still didn't work.

Let me tell you that issues/questions which are not related to FF2 are better to be asked in another section. This error above means that the translation files don't match the FF2 version. Make sure you have up-to-date version of the translation files and choose the right version of FF2 - Official or Unofficial.
