Hey guys.

I am trying to make a Counter Strike Global Offensive dedicated server. But the problem i am always running into is that I don't believe Source and Meta mod are actually installing. They say when you get into the server to type in "meta list" into console to see what has been installed. But it never works. It always says "unknown command meta"

So I have a few questions:
1. Do i need Source and Meta Mod to get other plugins for the server?
2. How do i install Source and Meta mod?
3. I can i be absolutely sure that it has been install?
4. Is there any other ways to do this? (whether it is a download link to a premade or something else)
