Check your cl_forwardspeed cvar, as well as the server's sv_maxspeed. No plugin can set a value higher than these cvars.

You also need to adjust cl_sidespeed and cl_backspeed with the same values, otherwise you will experience difficulties when moving sideways.

Because they are way too long. The maximum length is there for a reason. Menus cannot have more than 512 characters.

You can simply use numbers. Nobody is going to stand and count the + and -.
