Hello all have installed sourcebans and all seems to be working fine. He can find the servers and all but as you can see in the error i get cant the server find the database.


This error come from the Cs:GO server

Two possible errors:
1. the password you entered is incorrect
2. you don't have the privilege to access mysql remote.

if you got cpanel with your webhost you probably have to add your game server ip to Remote MySQL in cpanel

You have to run the GRANT query described in the FAQ you linked to. The mysql user isn't allowed to connect from your gameserver's ip.
