The web-interface of sourcebans gets hung on this "Querying Server Data...", only when trying to view the in-game player data. However when viewing the servers from the Dashboard it shows the # of players in the server and this can be refreshed and updated. Only when trying to query the specific list of the names of all inside the server does it get hung up. See screeenshot. The banning systems works great and this problem appears 50% of the time. Any help is appreciated.

Does it do this constantly or is it only every now and again? I also found this occuring and when I checked it was because there was a player on with several Unicode charactors in their name.

It may be that this is the cause of your issue also.

That is what happens on our server,if they have unicode characters in thier name it takes it longer to refresh.or not refresh at all.Very common.

It will need some work to add more Unicode charactors to the cfg, but it has helped me a great deal with this issue. Once I feel I have finished completing the cfg I have been working on I will post a link in that thread and it may save you a great deal of work.
