Also people tell me it just says server not responding when they try it when it shows up in there fav lists however the box comes up with server not responding and up to 5 to 10 mins randomly it works on its own soo no clue whats going on there

Could you give me the IP and port of your server
and also could you provide us a list of plugins you are running on your server?
So maybe we can conclude what's going on wrong.
