have any plugin that adds a ban on online AMXBans by a command on the server?

Ever heard of a plugin called AMX Bans? It's in there.

I guess you can use Advanced Bans by Exolent Connecting with your host/site sql.

No, I already have the AMXBans. I wonder if it has a command to the server ban. This command did not work: amx_rcon amx_addban

You can add ban from the amxbans web page and amx_addban is working too.

You can change delay from amxbans.cfg as you wish
