I need plugin what does kick player if he uses admin flag and are not admin.
I mean like if my name in hehe. that dot after my name tells that im admin and if someone uses dot after his /her name and are not admin he will get kicked.

Why do you use your name as admin thingy? why don't you use STEAM ID?

cant u read? i said that i do save rank by name in my server cuz if u have bad day in cs u can just change ur name and bot destroy ur rank, got it?

Did you try to set flags for Clantag instead of SteamId or Nick?

I mean that if you are admin you can add dot after your name (like hehe.) and if u arent admin u will be kicked from server if u add dot after ur name. So that dot after name just marks that person is admin, not give admin :]
