Extra Item: Speed Boost

This item gives humans/zombies a short speed boost, configurable by cvars: zp_boost_amount and zp_boost_duration.

I did this mainly to show how it's now possible to change player's maxspeed in a way that is fully compatible with ZP.

Todo:
- Features like fire/smoke trail or glow, as in the old speed boost by Fry!.

• ZP 4.3 Fix 5 or later

Mercylezz make this plugin to show how to use/set new max speed feature in zp4.3 fix3.
