This can do everything that can do without bugs. It's the automatic spawn laying which seems to be buggy.

Can someone test this for me? Here's the new default.ini:

Can I still report bugs about this plugin? The buy zones are messed up. They get moved around and aren't consistent to where the spawn areas are. I tried both the original plugin and the new one. Same problem with each.
