Clientprefs is blocking other SQL connections when I use it remotely in a SQL database.

If I use it locally I have no issues whatsoever. All databases connect just fine.

The second I change clientprefs remotely I have multiple databases unable to establish a connection.


I assume I just need to change a value in mysql.ini but I have no idea which.

Can anyone please help.
