Ok my plugin i am currently making is called Super Admin Maker.Which can make full admins with 1 simple command.

Like by saying in console "setadmin_full authid password"
Example:
Line 1 :"setadmin_full STEAM_ID_LAN hello"
Line 2 :say "SasukeGolden has Admin Access" ( make this automatticly say)

and i am having trouble setting up the plugin ( the whole thing lol )
so i need it to set the client cmd and cmd.

it will require two text files "admins.txt" and "config.txt" but i dont know what to do with them.

so like the text files will go in "addons\amxmodx\config\SAM\"
