I need help seriously. I do not understand this!

How to install Sourcebans that IS not located on the same server as the game server?

I trying to install Sourcebans throught a web-hosting server.
Im stuck on the first step of Sourcebans Installation!

On MySQL Hostname i can not write localhost because its not on the same servers.
I have asked the web-hosting what my mysql hostname is and they said (My Domain, Their Domain). But if i write my domain or their domain get error.

"Warning: mysqli_real_connect(): (28000/1045): Access denied for user 'visbza5_*****'@'conrad.7star.se' (using password: YES) in /home/visbza5/public_html/bans/includes/adodb/drivers/adodb-mysqli.inc.php on line 113"

Someone that can help me out?
They need to open some ports or something?

Instead of a domain name, try a ip address. that is what i do for mine.

As you can see, the MySQL server denies the access to its server. Maybe the password is wrong, the IP could be wrong or you just don't have acces to connect it from outside the local server

Here is a white/blacklist

Check if your Host is on it.

If it is not, ask the support if you can connect from outside to your Database. Some Hosts are blocking this
