when I create a server with client side the server will show the message like this

but when I create with Server side the console show the following message:

how to fixed it ?

The answer is in the error message. You are calling a function meant for listen server in a dedicated server (or singleplayer). Show us the code and we may be able to help.

without any code, I just load a zombie escape map with Server side and client side, and the client side can show the message, but the Server side won't.
I mean:
dedicated server does not show the message.
listen server will show me the message.

You may want to read up on bspconvar_whitelist.txt, you'll need to edit this to allow maps to use "say".
