I have removed the [set|get]_cvar_*(), and uploaded a newer version.

i have tested this plugin, and when a player gets downed, he cannot do anything... shoot, nade...etc

he can though, jump up and down wildly until he his free to move around and bleed out to death

Thats the point when you are downed you can't do anything. You have to wait for another one to rescue you or execute you. Hmm, so you can jump around and get free from the freeze? Did you use version 1.0 or 1.2?

Next version I will try to block jump and duck too.

Oh, I mean the one who attacked can only do that.

My suggestions. When, 1vs1 they can't do anything because they're usually downed.
And must w8 4 bleedout :/ Better if downed guy has "godmode" and can't be killed(only by bleedout). I think about freezemod in q3 something like that. Downed guy need to w8 4 rescue only. CT and T can rescue urself (ct guy can rescue t guy). It's sux

Gameguard, I can make so if everyone is downed then you can make kill in console and block the kill command when not downed and when people are still alive. And about ct guy can rescue t guy is your own choice.
