Alright , can any of you test this plugin? The commands are :

1. Bind or say the command /medkit it will heal 50 hp for you , and you should only be able to use it once , a message should let you know. Thanks guys.

if someone already has 90health and uses the medikit,
he/she will have 140 health.

if people are clever, they would use it directly on roundstart
to have an advantage

I was also having the speed problem using this plugin on CZ windows listen and dedicated server, it doesn't have that problem on my Linux dedicated server though.
I was waiting for a fix, but it took too long, and I took a look at the script.
The problem seems to be the FREEZE function (can't move during spawnprotection time) of the plugin, so I removed it.
If you remove the following lines from spawnprotection.sma:

set_user_maxspeed(id,0.0)

and

set_user_maxspeed(id,450.0)

,and then compile it again, it will resolve the speedproblem.
They can run around protected for a while now, but the spawnkilling is over. Until a better fix from PELI comes along, it will do for me.
