Where to get a subscription manager like this one?

So I saw the one here: http://freefrag.com/paypal2/new_subby.php

I was wondering where can I get a similiar one? So all the user has to do is type his paypal info and steam id and subscribe. the thing would then check each subscription cycle if payment has been sent and if it has, keep the steam id in the mysql database?

Anything out there like this?

I have a subscription manager on my site but I don't want to force people to make accounts to subscribe.

Have you tried asking them?
It looks like they haven't set any of those tools on that page up at all.

Frankly its not that hard, its just MySQL+ a little PHP. The only thing is, I personally wouldn't want people donating (I'm assuming for admin here) without knowing them.

Its a pretty easy thing to do, is very useful, and you can quickly tell whether or not it works properly.

Our community also has one (http://www.surf-infamous.com/VIP/). It links to SourceBans and adds the user as an 'admin' and adds the person to certain groups for server access and access flags. It is not very hard to do, since they are just sql queries... the only 'difficult' part is PayPal integration.

The guy who made ours is a community member, so for us it was free. I may be able to talk to him to share it with you (for a price of course). Flick me a PM if interested.

That page isn't as simple as you think. For every player that joins their servers, it logs their IP to a database. When a player goes to that specific page on their site, it grabs their IP off the database and matches it with the person viewing their site via browser and by doing that, they are able to automatically get your Steam ID.

If you're looking for something as simple as a enter your Steam ID and donate, then PayPal's merchant tools has everything you need for that.

yeah but i want it to also check payment for continnues monthly subscription.
