Its the same but is detect the client game language instead of country language.

For example my game is in French but i'ml living in Romania, I will see adverts in french.

Okey I had issue that this plugin takes sourcemod path (hardcoded) instead of sourcemod real path (having forked servers with different sourcemod path is ...). Thats why I wanted to get .sp file thanks @freak.exe_uLow
