When i type !admins it displays [SM] No admins online but on server there are admins (eg. me?)
What i did wrong?

3. Why not ask in the plugin's thread ???
4. Reported your server for that !ws, !knife, ...

Except Sourcemod does not ship with an "!admins" command... meaning that you probably either:
1. Do not have the correct flag the plugin looks for or
2. The plugin is faulty
