How do I reset ranks/ stats for my 1.6 counter strike server and not reset XP for UWC3?

searching for "rank reset" returns tons of matches that all tell you how. Isn't searching magical

BTW the stats uses its own file, and UWC3 cant be using the same file. So resetting one wont effect the other.
