I was wondering if it's possible to make a fast respawn plugin that will respawn someone after a certain amount of time, unless the map timer spawns them sooner.

Also is it possible to make a plugin that executes a command or a config file when the server empties?

Is it possible to make a plugin that allows admins to check someone's spray to find out who sprayed what?

Is it possible to make a plugin that plays a sound on all the clients when they join the server? On that note is it possible to make a plugin that displays a message or plays a sound when a specific person joins the server?

Is it possible to make a plugin that executes a config or command at a certain time of day?
