The resources.zip only includes v_alt_squeak_gflip.mdl and p_alt_squeak.mdl

It's not converted for ZP. If I do it, I have to add the current features of the actual Lasermines etc. But for sure, It works a lot better than this plugin.

the server was dead after installing your plugin, there is files missing I think...

No need. it's from Valve. All people have ALREADY these ressources. So nobody needs to download them. That's all.

and there is no w_alt_squeak.mdl in that ressources
please download and check it

I've downloded the source of the plugin again and I can see the line including models/w_alt_squeak.mdl(line 123)

I know, my mistake, sorry. I've uploaded the updated ressources above your post. Still I don't understand why you're the first it happens. By default it uses the alternative model. Maybe they switch to use the default.
