There is no way to respond only with this information, because there are other factors to consider:
- How the system is virtualized (OpenVZ, etc).
- How the hardware is reserved (since it is a vps, you will not be able to use 100% of your cpu because probably will have some limitations).

I recommend you rent a gameserver if you don't want to spend on a dedicated machine.

To answer the question, yes you can, but it most likely will not run well.

You need to include the tickrate you are running and the machine specifications (e.g. processor).
