I think he means that a death message shows up, but the person doesn't actually get killed. This happens to me once in a while. I know it has something to do with that extradamage function.

EDIT: I took a closer look at superheromod.sma, and it seems that the function that probably isn't working properly would be user_kill(id), since that's the function that actually kills the player. I think this side effect of user_kill probably happens when you have too many plugins, just my thought.

This is only possible with the Deathmatch Mod & Superheromod, you use a laser or something and kill the guy at spawn, then he respawns and you kill him while he is respawning and so he will die, but is still alive and he spectates you now in first person and he can kill you a very long time (until you have no more lasers or anything else anymore)

It can also happen with Chucky, Dr. Strange, Zeus and other heroes which revives or respawn you, you kill them while they respawn, now they can spec glitch the people...

I've had this happen without deathmatch mod. Of course the thing is, they really don't die, they just stay around 1 hp.

did you look at there score

they do it when the server is empty to gain fast XP

This happened to me to on surf_ninja with surftools!

I think its a bug with Poison Ivy.
