What's wrong with the website. If http://amxconfig.sourceforge.net doesn't work then try http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/amxconfig
Sourceforge shouldn't be down and you should be able to download the file from sourceforge.

Version 2.4 released.

Now includes a users.ini editor. I haven't had time to do any help files yet, so read the release notes for some information about using the users.ini editor.

Note: There is a still a basic admins editor in the config sections, those editors are now deprecated, but they are still functional and will overwrite your old users.ini, so you may want to backup your users.ini before using the normal config tools.

Yeah i remeber same tool i made once for amxx :p
To configure everything offline and upload it to webserver if needed.
But then i quited amxx a bit since i quited most of my pc :p

So nice job on making it for people.
Maybe i'll get my old tool and rework it again in my spare time.
Same as my online amxx configurator.
