I would like to explain a problem you are experiencing on your Counter Strike 1.6 server. After installing my server on Windows Server, I use ReHLDS-M Launcher, metamod-r and amxmodx 1.9.0 plugins. However, my server is constantly experiencing drops and ping values are increasing abnormally. There is a drop that gives 500 ping(Sometimes there is just tearing like in the screenshot) for a second or a few seconds and then it returns to normal. We disabled all the plugins we installed, but we still couldn't find the way. I am waiting for your solution suggestions or help regarding this problem. Thank you very much in advance for your help.
