It comes with Sourcemod's stock plugins.

What's the plugin name then? It doesn't do anything when i type votemute...maybe it's something that i miss

I haven't checked, but I suspect it's basevotes... could be funvotes, but I doubt it.

Not everyone might want to have the person muted on their end. Why don't you tell your players to use escape > mute instead?
