I edited my post because the edit that he made was incorrect...

He changed "16 bits are banned" to "32 bits are banned".

16 bitting is banned in almost every league out there.

16-bit is illegal in every league I know off (you can easily see through 5 smokes!). But the reason to make the plugin was actually to cut down accusations like "you f*cking 16-bit, turn on your smokes" on my servers.

You guys don't care because you have jump mods of kz and hns and that stuff. It is more noticeable in standard servers.

By the way, individual that made this plugin, you can try to make that with sprites in game (avoiding the need of using the motd)
