The main change here is for precaching sounds. You can now tell the game what custom sounds you want it to precache by writing them all into sounds.txt and saving it in configs/rallyrace. The plugin won't be angry with you if you don't use this method. This should ensure that all players hear all vehicle sounds all the time w/o snd_updateaudiocache. Please let me know if this is glitchy somehow.
I also made it so the plugin will go into fail state if no cars are defined in carconfig.txt.

Update:
Because of the 15 September 2015 CS:GO skeleton update by Valve, in carconfig.txt "driver" has to be set to 0 for every vehicle, including the charger and natalya mustang.
The new player models don't bonemerge properly and the vehicles have to be re-done by me or someone who wants to take on that challenge (I can teach you if you know how to model) before we're going to have visible drivers again. Thanks Valve.

also, this plugin collides with simplechatprocessor redux which i find kinda odd, any way to make it work with it? cant have titles or anything in the server with this plugin.
