Website chat [PAYMENT INCLUDE]

I need something for chat

It needs login, will only have 2 accounts. Just a simple chat box in website, centered, since i want to use it on mobile too.
It should show if the other user is online and if possible, show when some of us is texting and if did read the last message received. Doesnt needs Smilies. Just a box for i can chat with my friend if something happens while i am at work.

About payment, if you can do this request, text me and we can talk about the price.

I'm thinking the same thing. Steam even have an application for phones, so does skype and facebook.

Just make a account with fake data and use a virtual machine while going online using Tor via a VPS via a Socks5 via a vSock via a not secured wireless connection while hiding your MAC Adress and using a secure Linux Distribution in live mode on a CD-ROM without using a HDD.

What about IRC?

You could use webchat and embed it to your site, and if someone wants he could use more advanced irc client.
There is also several irc clients to android

You can install Steam on Android with a Google account (Google Play feature).

I made a simple (really simple) online chat to talk with a friend minimizing the possibility of being tracked by any "spy" (doesn't matter why). It uses a file as database because I needed to clean it many times.
