Like on the picture, part of the skin model is black, but in hl model viewer are normal, how to fix it?

...is this your model or some downloaded one? Looks like some rendering issue, maybe it calls for MDL fixing or editing a BMP pallet. You can also try to update your DirectX and/or video drivers. I'm not the expert in this case, but at least I did answer.
