Don't know what it was but I re-did the database file from scratch and know its working perfectly

If a player is gagged (unable to type) they are also unable to use voicemenu commands.

The database entries in the cfg file is commsdb, not admintools. Is the latest release taken from the super powered tools your using?

Everything is setup correct, I work for my webhost so I know all the workings and all that jazz. Web side of things work without issue.

You are correct. I have an AdminCenter set of tools nearly ready for release that amalgamates this plugin, with an Admin Tracker and the MySQL ads plugin that is the wrapper for Tsunami's Advertisements plugin.

I was finding that maintaining several different plugins that all link to several databases easier to use if I simply joined them together!

The database is created, populated, and has a user with full rights assigned to it. The database commsdb listing is added in databases.cfg in my sourcemod config folder with the correct information.
